Apple’s Vision Pro could be in your hands as early as February Mashable

Apple’s Vision Pro could reportedly land on shelves as early as February next year.

Though we already know Apple’s $3,500 mixed reality headset is set to launch in 2024, the specifics on the date haven’t been announced beyond “early next year”. On Wednesday, however, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported the company was boosting production on the devices in China, “according to people with knowledge of the matter,” with a proposed February launch date.

“The goal is for customer-bound units to be ready by the end of January, with the retail debut planned for the following month, the people said,” Gurman wrote.

Vision Pro has had a few production problems since its announcement in June. But with competitor Meta all over the news and your feed right now with its Ray Ban smart glasses and Meta Quest 3 headset, it looks like Apple’s ramping things up.

Apple’s extremely costly device will launch with an App Store full of apps, and you can check out videos of a software beta already.
